Claim Procedure Guide

At Zack Tech Africa Funeral Services, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free claims process during difficult times. Below are the steps to follow when submitting a death claim.

The beneficiary or family member must notify Zack Tech Africa Funeral Services as soon as possible after the death occurs

  • Call our Claims Department at: 081 516 1202
  • Email us at: admin@zacktechafrica.com
  • Visit our nearest office: 3rd Floor, 125 Florence Nzama Street, North Beach, Durban, 4001

To process the claim, the following documents must be submitted:

For Natural Death

  1. Certified copy of the deceased's ID document
  2. Certified copy of the main policyholder's ID
  3. Certified death certificate 
  4. Fully completed claim form (Available at our offices or website)
  5. Bank details of the beneficiary (with a bank-stamped statement or letter)
  6. Proof of policy payments (latest receipt or bank statement)

For Accidental Death

  1. All the documents listed above, plus:
  2. Police report (Accident Report or Case Number)

All documents must be submitted to our Claims Department via: Email: admin@zacktechafrica.com

Once all required documents are received and verified:

  • Natural death claims are processed within 48-72 hours.
  • Accidental death claims may take up to 7 working days due to police report verification.

Beneficiaries will be notified via SMS, email, or phone call regarding the claim status.

Once approved, the claim payout will be deposited into the beneficiary's bank account as per the details provided
